BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF DIRECTORS
NAEL M.D. AL-HOMOUD – CHAIRMAN
Mr. Nael M.D. Al-Homoud is currently the head of the Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arabian Sea Enterprises Ltd, and its subsidiary Arabian Gulf Enterprises (Private) Ltd.
Mr. Nael has done Bachelors in Accounting from Kuwait University, Kuwait. He is presently holding the position of Division Manager, and also working in Settlements & Communications, as well as Operations in the Investment Accounts Department of Kuwait Investment Authority.
In addition to the above, he has around 30 years of experience of serving various companies in Kuwait.
SIKANDER MAHMOOD – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Sikander Mahmood has an MBA in Finance from Buxton University, London with a rich banking experience of over 25 years. Currently enjoying the position of Chief Executive Officer, he has served Arabian Sea Enterprises Ltd. for the past 16 years in various capacities.
He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Gulf Enterprises (Private) Limited, while being a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the company.
AHMAD H.M. GH AL-GHUWAINEM – VICE CHAIRMAN
Mr. Ahmad H.M. Gh Al-Ghuwainem is currently holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company as well as of Arabian Gulf Enterprises (Private) Limited.
Apart from above, he has vast experience of serving various companies in Kuwait.
MISHARI A.A.A.R. AL-HUNAIDI – DIRECTOR
Mr. Mishari A.A.A.R. Al-Hunaidi, one of the 4 Directors of the Company as well as of Arabian Gulf Enterprises (Private) Limited, also Chairs the Audit Committee.
Apart from above, he has vast experience of serving various companies in Kuwait.
